myCargill - B2B Customer Self-Service Portal 
‍Led UX/UI Designer on cross-functional agile team. Built Figma files from designs in production that pre-dated Figma.
Complete redesign of existing UI for modernization. Facilitated qualitative and quantitative user research on a quarterly basis.Worked closely with engineers, and software architects to identify opportunities and constraints of technology and platform choices

Enterprise Customer Journey Mapping and Product Integration
‍Conducted in-depth interviews with Product Owners and Account Managers to gain a thorough understanding of business requirements and user needs.Developed a comprehensive current state journey map at the program level, covering five digital products, to visualize the user experience and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.Leveraged user research insights to create an ideal User Persona and uncover gaps in the user flow, informing the design of new features and functionality.Generated future state journey maps to illustrate the proposed user experience and identify opportunities for integration with other products or services.Designed and developed high-fidelity clickable prototypes to showcase the new integration and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.

Smart Check-In - Supply Chain Carrier Portal
Designed a Carrier Portal that integrated with the existing suite of products. Rapidly prototyped using a platform design system.Collaborated with the solutions architect to map data from SAP. Eliminated the use of emails and spreadsheets, saving internal and external customers up to 10 hours a week. 

myCargill Customer Portal User ResearchConducted both quantitative and qualitative research with active portal users to gather insights into their needs, behaviors, and preferences.Developed and distributed quarterly surveys to over 3,500 active users, collecting valuable feedback on their experience with the portal.Conducted in-depth interviews with over 30 current portal users and customers to gain deeper insights into their perspectives and pain points.Analyzed and synthesized the research data to identify key themes, patterns, and trends.Presented actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on the research findings, helping to inform product and design decisions.
